In the production process, the two different thermoplastic polymer chips are micro-emulsioned into the screw extruder through the hopper respectively, softened and melted under the action of high temperature and shear extrusion to form polymers, which are filtered and removed by the melt filter. Impurities are quantitatively fed into the multi-mode components under the action of the metering pump, and extruded by the spinneret in a certain proportion and arrangement.

After that, it is refined and cooled under the action of drafting wind to form bicomponent filaments with certain fineness and strength. Finally, the bicomponent filaments are split, laid, and reinforced to form a non-woven fabric. Bicomponent nonwovens are divided into side-by-side (mainstream), sheath-core and split types.

The main components are PE/PP, PA/PET.

The skin-core type two-component spunbond SS uses polyethylene/polypropylene (PE/PP) as the main raw material, and the raw materials are heated, melted, sheared into a viscous fluid state, and extruded through a spinneret with a concentric structure. Then, the spunbond filament with the skin-core structure is obtained, which is then drawn by high-speed wind, laid on the net, and finally hot-rolled and consolidated into a cloth. Among them, the skin layer is polyethylene (PE) and the core layer is polypropylene (PP).

When using low temperature hot rolling, the skin layer PE is melted and bonded, and the core layer PP maintains the original structure, so that the product has high strength and tearing strength. At the same time, due to the ultra-fine fiber diameter, the product feels very soft and soft, and can be widely used in medical and sanitary materials and other fields.
